When Cancellations May Apply
Out of Stock or Limited Availability
If an item is no longer available or available in a lesser quantity than ordered, we may cancel or partially fulfill the order. Customers will be informed and offered the option for a refund, substitution, or backorder.
Product Issues or Complaints
If there is any issue or concern regarding the product received, please contact our support team at admin@drivendose.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue. If a resolution is not possible, the order may be cancelled, and a refund or replacement will be offered.
Unpaid Orders
Orders that are not paid in full will be automatically cancelled. We do not process or hold unpaid orders.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Please email us at admin@drivendose.com with your order details and reason for cancellation. We aim to process all cancellation requests promptly.
Note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
If your order is cancelled and you paid by credit card or money order, we will refund the amount to your original payment method (provided it has not been deposited or finalized). Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer care team. If we’re unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement.
