Order Confirmation
Once you place your order with Driven Dose, you will immediately receive an email confirming your order. Within 24 hours, a second email will follow, notifying you that your order is now in processing. If we encounter any issues fulfilling your order or there’s a payment problem, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Confirmation
As soon as your order enters processing, it is likely to be shipped the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number (if available). This email will also provide estimated delivery times and information on how to contact us with any questions.
We offer delivery to both residential and workplace addresses based on your preference.
Shipping is charged at $30 and is carried out via registered airmail. This method is preferred due to its added security and reduced likelihood of loss or theft. A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a notice will be left with instructions for rescheduling delivery or collecting the package from your local post office. Unclaimed packages will be held at the post office for up to 4 weeks before being returned to us.
PO Boxes and APO Addresses
We are able to deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses, as long as the chosen shipping method supports it. You can update your Primary Shipping Address to a PO Box or APO address on your My Account page.
Customs
As we are based offshore in India, your local Customs department will treat your order as imported goods. Occasionally, your parcel may be delayed during customs processing. These delays can vary from a few days to, in rare cases, up to 3 weeks before customs contacts you. We recommend ordering in advance to avoid any inconvenience due to such delays.
Delivery Times
Most orders are shipped within 24–48 hours of placement. However, final delivery times depend entirely on the courier or postal service. Please note that if your order is held by customs for duty processing, it may be delayed for an additional 3–21 days.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, we kindly ask that you wait an additional 7 days before reaching out. This allows time to determine whether your package is simply delayed, held in customs, or potentially lost.
Lost Orders & Reshipments
We will reship or refund any lost orders, provided we are contacted within 8 weeks from the original shipping date. Claims made after 8 weeks will not be eligible for reshipment or refund.
We are happy to replace any undelivered order under the following conditions:
- An extra 7 days has passed beyond the expected delivery window since the shipping date.
- The shipping address you provided to us was correct.
If an incorrect shipping address was provided, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Should the original order be returned to us, we will contact you with refund details. Please be aware that such refunds may take several months, as return shipping is not prepaid.
Returns and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we are happy to send you a replacement. If you prefer a refund instead, we will refund the full amount upon request. In such cases, we ask that you wait 30 days from the original shipping date. If, after 30 days, your order has not arrived and there are no updates indicating it was returned or is on hold, please submit a support ticket through our refund section. We will address your request promptly.
